Faro Terrace Villa by Homing

Casa bem localizada à frente da universidade do Algarve, num sítio muito calmo e silencioso. A casa é bastante confortável e equipada com tudo o que possa ser necessário, os quartos e sala são bastante confortáveis e bem iluminados, o quintal é ótimo para passar tempo. Estava tudo bem limpo e arrumado. Foi uma experiência bastante agradável para a nossa família e recomendo para quem venha com família e queira um espaço para si. Esperemos voltar.

Toen we thuis kwamen, kwam er een heel sterke, vieze geur vrij. Wij dachten dat het door de koelkast kwam, die vies en beschimmeld was. Er kwam echter ook een vieze geur uit de deur van de opslagruimte, die dicht was en waar het schoonmaakpersoneel geen toegang toe had. Toen we aankwamen, konden we niet warm douchen, omdat het gas op was. De volgende dag waren de problemen gedeeltelijk opgelost (de koelkast was schoongemaakt en het gas was vervangen), maar de stank bleef. Ondanks de goede ligging, dichtbij de universiteit, denk ik niet dat ik terugkom. Prijs te hoog voor de geboden kwaliteit.

Malas instalaciones, humedad en toda la casa y mal olor. Y encima te cobran una fianza que te enteras después de la contratación. Y se quedan con el dinero que les parece.

Asunnon koko ja sijainti on hyvä. Tilava keittiö ruuanlaittoon. Hyvin toimivat pyykkikone ja tiskikone. Ilmalämpöpumput yläkerran huoneissa. Vessat ylä- ja alakerroksessa.

Asunnon alakerta oli tosi kylmä (helmi-maaliskuu) ja täysin vailla lämmitystä. Olohuoneessa ja keittiössä pysyi kostean kylmä ilma. Yhtään ylimääräisiä peitteitä ei ollut. Huoneistossa ei juuri lainkaan naulakoita eikä yhtään henkaria vaatteiden ripustamiseen. Vuokranantaja Homingin vastaukset kyselyihin hyvin tylyjä ja epäystävällisiä. Lisäksi Homingin varausmaksut erittäin epäselviä. Maksua peritty liikaa lähes 200€ eikä maksupalautuksesta saa mitään tietoa. Homing-tiimin toiminta kaiken kaikkiaan todella epäluotettavan tuntuista. Passikuvat ym. tarkat tiedot piti toimittaa sähköiseen varauspalveluun, mutta mitään henkilökohtaista asiakaspalvelua ei ollut. Lukuisten matkojen jälkeen koskaan aiemmin ei ole toimittu täysin ilman asiakaskontaktia.

The house looks really good and pictures looks professional on Booking, but in reality the accommodation was really dirty, huge bugs running in the dishwasher, the most uncomfortable beds with no headboard or anything, really small, old and the cheapest they found probably. The washing machine not working. Haven’t left a bag of tea or a pinch of salt at least for the money we paid even though it was not even the peak season. We thought we’d pay more and have a nice house, but ended up wishing to go home and have a comfortable sleep. This really ruined our holiday. Do not recommend it!

The location was really convenient, and everything in the house was just as the pictures. I had a minor issue with some lights but they immediately replied and they were able to help.

Emplacement bien situé . L’espace du logement parfait pour une famille ainsi que le jardin .

• Les équipements sont à remplacés et le nettoyage du logement pas top . • Très mauvaise expérience avec l’hôte . Ils ont déduit ma caution en prétendant que la machine à laver avait été endommagée durant mon séjour, alors qu'elle était déjà endommagée à mon arrivée. Malgré mes explications et les preuves que j'ai fournies, ils sont restés inflexibles et malhonnêtes dans leur gestion. Leur manque d'intégrité est inacceptable. Je vous conseille de prendre des photos dès votre arrivé dans les lieux .

L'emplacement en périphérie de Faro, nous permet d'éviter les bouchons et de profiter de la plage à proximité.

Quelques équipements auraient besoin d'être remplacés et le nettoyage laisse un peu à désirer.
