Close to the venue we were visiting, space was very clean which was nice. It was small but perfectly manageable for a short stay, plus the washer/dryer included is a huge bonus.

It looks to be old affordable housing turned into rentals which is sad. There was a lot of half-hazard DIY jobs to the unit, very limited, cramped parking and I did not understand some of the logic. Like there’s a list of rules for the garbage disposal and I don’t understand why it’s even there if it will just be another issue to remedy. We were given a gate code to a gate that was open at 2pm, 11pm and 7am so my best guess is it never was closed overnight which is useless to advertise gated parking if its open all night. The experience was impersonal and sterile. I kept saying we were arriving earlier than check in since the evening before and had asked if that was okay. That question was not acknowledged or addressed until we actually got there and I called. Then I was given the ye old “no guarantee” speech. I gave ample notice of our arrival and all other places I’ve visited have been able to accommodate. This location did as well but it was literally last minute and I felt like I was disrupting someone’s day. I don’t know how much I paid for the stay. I honestly don’t want to look it up but I rememver it was hundreds. I won’t use this place again because they were adamant about holding me up to their terms with avoidance tactics and did not make good to hold up their terms by leaving the gate open all night in what appeared to be the outskirts of a ghetto. The whole thing is done on the cheap. Even the complimentary shampoo and conditioner is in a dispenser on the shower wall. It’s a hostel feel with a nice hotel price. Avoid.

The location was acceptable, I appreciated the gated community given the surrounding area.

The bed size needs to be larger for a couple, for a single it would have been fine.

The property was great! It had everything we needed. It was clean except for the dishes on the table, we pre washed them before using it. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. There was alot of space!

The front gate didn‘t work for us and the gate to the parking and therefore the property was always open.
