Location was convenient to downtown.

They refuse to communicate via phone. I had several detailed questions about certain items--I would leave a detailed voice message, specifically requesting a call back from them and they follow up with a text. Or email through the booking.com site. It may seem like minutia, but this irks me. The day before I was to check out, I left both another voicemail and email regarding the procedure-- I was not sure "how much" cleaning I had to do (do I need to do the laundry? the dishes? take out the trash?) for fear of losing my deposit. NO response.

The inside was great. 700 Sq ft apartment basically.nice and clean!

Construction next door limited parking. So.e construction noises started at 8am. The initial low price is definitely offset by the 55 dollar cleaning fee. Also, little to no contact available with staff in the evening because they do not answer the phone. There is an automated answering thing that sends a text "How can I help you?" So I typed in a question, and still no response 1 hour and 20 minutes later.
