Waited 30 minutes outside the property as the keys did not work. Host kept saying someone will be with me shortly but never happened. I had to ask a neighbour to let me in. The place was absolutely disgusting. The host claimed a 'cleaner' had just been in. The furniture was falling apart and the bed needs replaced as the springs were out. I checked out this property immediately and booked another apartment. The host had agreed with booking.com to a 'partial' refund as she feels I should pay for the 1 night I did not stay? There is a reason this apartment is priced cheap & please do not make the mistake I made. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Waited about 30min for the concierge to bring the fob to the back entrance as the one provided did not work, I dont think you should be waiting for this?! It should be organised alot better. Very comfortable and an excellent location when I found it as I wasn't sure exactly where it was especially the entrance at the back which resembled a service road.

On arrival it was difficult to access the apartment as I was at the front and needed the help of a resident to show me where the key box was, a code for the back door would have been helpful - this may have been in E-mail instructions but for a person who is not tech savvy it caused problems at the start and there was no answer when I called the contact number. I was grateful that I arrived at a time when I could receive help from residents - otherwise the apartment suited my needs very satisfactorily and I was very grateful that it was nice and warm.

The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was old and worn out.
