Front desk staff are so prompt. I didn’t remember his name but he was very very helpful and friendly.

location wise it was really good and very close to the city, and friendly staff.

Need to wait whole day for the room attendants to clean our room. So, I think hotel management team should focus on that as well.

It’s daily clean and food was good.

There are so many things wrong with this hotel. The WiFi needs gets disconnected every 10 mins and didn’t work even most of the time. There was no hairdryer in the room and the no lid on the kettle, called and asked the reception to replace it twice but that didnt happen. Could not use the ac for the first day because the remote was not working. Got it fixed on the second day only. While checking out, the internet was down so reception could not figure out how much we had to pay.
