Excellence service provided by the staff and was very helpful. Location is close to the lake. Had a walk around and the neighborhood is safe and good. Shops and restaurants are around close to the property.

Nothing much, location was okay. Only good things is it has lift.

Dirty, teared linens, stained and dirty pillows, dirty floors, no remote on TV’s. Breakfast is below average, could be better. I have proof of the price of your need. Very very poor customer service from both the hotel and booking.com…

The staff were kind and tried their best. Room is neat.

Given the room price, I would have expected hot water (was informed day 2 we needed to request from reception hot water...), the pool was not clean and the breakfast was stale.
