Bathroom and closet doors were squeaking but they changed us to adjacent room quickly.

liked nothing at the hotel

everything at the hotel was wrong. Free pick up and drop was mentioned as complimentary, however, there was no one at the airport to pick us up. carpet was dirty and bathroom pots were stained indicating the poor cleanliness. Breakfast options were limited with poor servings so much so that tea were served in glass due to non availability of cups. Staffs were completely non cooperative and unprofessional. Geyser of the hotel wasn't working which switch us off leading to change the hotel to save the ruined family vacation. This was the feedback of all the guests i met during our stay of a single day.
