Good hotel and comfortable stay.The staff was supportive .The spa was good.The hotel arranged the vehicle for sight seeing.

The breakfast was not up to the standards.Buffet menu very less and not high quality.Should have been better according to the room rate.

The massage we had after a long trek was amazing and the staff was generally friendly.

The location is not the best, there are some works being done around the hotel, but to be honest from the rooftop swimming pool you get a nice view. Be aware, when we paid, the staff member from the reception tried to overcharge us twice! In the end the strategy worked and she still managed to overcharge me 700npr, my mistake. I tried to contact the hotel on booking and no response. Overall, you can find a better stay for the same amount of money

Great place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were exceptional and the breakfast was delicious.

Location and view is good

Rooms are not maintained. Also we didn't get 15% discount in food bill, though in booking.com it's shows discount of 15% will be provided in food bill.
