"Clean, comfortable hotel with a great view of the mountains."

Room was clean and comfortable, amazing view of the mountains, spa facilities were good and reasonably priced, pool was a nice addition and staff were friendly and helpful.

We had quite a few issues issues with power cuts and our room key not working (these seemed to be specific to the hotel, rather than Pokhara-wide). Our room was beside the lift and was quite noisy at night. Breakfast quite disappointing with very limited options.

The massage at the spa was fantastic and the room was pretty nice

There was no warm water for the shower and no towels were provided, we had to ask twice for them to come. Also when we arrived in the room there were no pillow cases.

Location of the hotel.

Food services and room AC and Laundry. AC was leaking water which was very annoying during night sleep. Hotel arranged AC repair techincian but not much help due to system leak. We had to spend our stay without AC. Otherwise everything was good.
