the food in the restaurant were really good

hot shower kept having problem, even though we were in the suite room. (had to shower with cold water sometimes even in winter 🙄) bathroom was not so clean and the balcony area as well. 2nd day, the housekeeping team was lacking in filling the amenities, instead left something extra that doesn’t belong in our room 🤦🏻‍♀️

the rooms were really nice and spacious. the food in the morning was also good.

the fact the shower wasn’t always hot! and the swimming pool area could do with some TLC

It was nice enough. The views from our room and the pool were of course incredible and the facilities were adequate. The staff helped us book paragliding and we also had a very good massage with the adjourning spa during our stay.

It does not look as good as the photos do. It appears to be quite a tired and old hotel that maybe once in its hay day was more notable. Given the cost we were hoping for better facilities, but we wish in hindsight that we had chosen a cheaper and cosier hostel. The hotel did not have a good atmosphere and the staff were not very friendly. If you are travelling to Pokhara for a few days I would recommend you instead stay in a homestay or hostel as you will have a warmer and more social experience.

breakfast was average in spread and taste. Had to ask for refills multiple times.

It was probably a very good hotel years ago, what they need to do is review everything in each room (stayed their twice) and things are broken , not working or simply not maintained.

Room size Location

I needed to ask three times to arrange our airport pick up that was included in room rate; the driver did not help us with our luggage, staff cold and unwelcoming, the hotel in general is badly mantained and very dirty, especially the bathroom; the towels were old and stained, used (half-full) toiletries, old and broken furniture, dirty and smelly elevator carpet, breakfast revolting (we tried it only the first morning and then had our breakfast in a nearby restaurant). On our 3rd out of 4 days stay our room was not cleaned at all, we had to buy water and toilet paper. The pool area is small, the pool water dirty and badly maintained. It's not at all as it looks on the photos and it's NOT an infinity pool! All in all, too bad as it has lots of potential given its location and the premises. No idea about the spa as I was too disappointed with the rest I didn't even want to give it a chance and give them a cent more than the accommodation cost. Hope they improve, for the moment - to be avoided.
