ILThe bed and AC were great.
The location is far away, and there is nothing around, and it is also hard to get a taxi. We knew that but planned on renting a scooter, but the hotel was out of scooters. There is no hot water in the shower. The staff members are useless and don't help (they don't speak a word in English).
GBThe room and bathroom were incredibly clean, I get very anxious about hotels not being clean and I was completely put at ease the moment I stepped into the hotel as it looks very well presented from the outside and inside. It has a nice modern design and is immaculate. The staff were all very polite, helpful and friendly - they even gave us lovely red envelopes for TET as we checked out which I thought was a lovely gesture! If I were ever to be in Da Lat again this is the only hotel I would book!
Nothing at all - it was perfect! Some people may find it difficult to walk to the city centre as it is around 30 minutes but Grab is so cheap and you can also rent motorbikes from the hotel which we didn’t use but is a great offer!

NZGreat value for money. We had the balcony room and the view was fantastic. Serviced every day by staff. Staff were very helpful whenever we had a query.
The only disadvantage is that the hotel is about 5-10 minutes away from town. However, they have motorbikes to hire so this really is a non issue.

Our double room was in basement floor and had windows that was the view of a wall with painting of a tree. Pretty much the only downfall but we didn’t mind it
