Clean, staff very helpful, very cozy, great view. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The location makes it really easy to get around the city.

Terrible location and mostly bad bad service. Start with the receptionists do not know what English at all. We organized are all day so we could shower before we go and on the evening we asked the receptionist where is the shower, he said- there so we prepared to shower and than surprise no shower. We talked to the manager and they would not allowed us to take a shower anywhere not even spare room.

Really clean and high class, good location, not in centre but not far from it. Also close to mountains escape

This hotel used a picture of their most expensive suite as their PROFILE PICTURE. So when you book a room, you see multiple different rooms in the pictures listed. When I booked my room, I saw pictures of the most expensive suite, and figured since I was buying the "King Suite", I was getting that room. I told the staff about the mix-up and they double down and insisted I was wrong, and that the profile picture being their most expensive room is a reasonable explanation. The room I stayed in literally was not even a suite. It was 1 room and 1 bathroom. Not a suite, but it's called a suite? Not a picture of the building, no, a complete bait and switch. And I paid in cash so I was SOL. Oh, also, they overcharged for the minibar. I purchased 3 red bulls (60.000 VND) and 1 Coke (25.000) and they charged me 175.000 because ... well because they knew I wasn't going to argue over a few dollars. Very poor taste. Also, there was black mold on the window sills. Trash hotel. Very overpriced for a mediocre room with mold. Also, if you stay here, firstly, I'm sorry. Secondly, it takes *FOREVER* for a Be/Grab to come. This place is very out of the way of the city.

The room were spacious and clean. Looks more beautiful in real than in pictures. The location was good and close to all the tourist attractions.

The female staff member was quite rude. All my family members were wearing a helmet but my partner could not as he wears a turban, which is a cultural head wear. The female staff member was asking him to remove turban and wear helmet or else we can’t rent bikes with them. We rented the bikes a day before and have used them in front of other staff members but no one seemed to have any problem except her. We rented bikes in da nang before and no such issue was faced. Also, as per the licensing bodies of India, if one is wearing turban you are allowed not to wear helmet. Since, we were allowed to drive on the basis of our international driving licence, to my understanding the rules remain constant. I tried explaining it to the lady at reception she was not interested to listen and was being rude.
