Bed was a little uncomfortable, very firm mattress but I am use to softer ones back home.

Bed was really hard :( The first room that they gave us the road noise was terrible plus there was an ashtray/bin outside our room door which someone on our floor was using which meant you could smell the smoke in our room. After we complained they wanted to charge us more for a different room which was ridiculous as there was no way we could stay where we were. Finally they moved us at no extra charge to a room at the back of the hotel which was quieter. A long way out of town.
