The air is so fresh, and the room was spotless and airy. The meals were delicious too. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was good, though a bit more variety would have been appreciated. The central location made it easy to reach downtown, and the hosts were both available and friendly. The heated bed pad was a lovely touch, and considering the price, it was a great value

The room was spotless, featuring a delightful hot shower, and the made-to-order breakfast, including vegetarian options, was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, with the center just a short walk away and the beach only a 5-10 minute stroll.

We randomly chose Cat Ba HongKong Hotel and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. The staff provided exceptional service, assisting us with tickets from Hanoi to the hotel and arranging a luxury bus journey from Cat Ba to Sapa. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that made every morning delightful.

Ben at the reception was incredibly helpful. He organized a boat trip to Lan Ha bay, which was fantastic, as well as a trip to Cat Ba National Park with a guide named Luu, who provided a lot of information. We hiked to Ngu Lam Dinh, which was challenging but rewarding to complete. The hotel is also close to the market, where we bought plenty of food.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. The room always smells fresh and is well-organized. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help quickly.

Cat Ba HongKong Hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay on the island. Ben greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to help us arrange tours and rent a scooter directly at the hotel. The value for the price we paid was outstanding. The hotel’s convenient location near the beaches and town center made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

When the staff found out it was my friend's birthday, they surprised us with a birthday cake and decorated the room with balloons, which made the day extra special. The front desk team also helped us book a boat tour to Lan Ha Bay and arranged a car to take us there seamlessly. Their thoughtfulness and excellent service truly made our stay memorable!
