Unusual property, kitchen well equipped, large bedrooms.

Very tight gate to get in garden for parking and steep steps down to property, sofa in livingroom very uncomfortable and noise from road loud ,could do with secondary glazing.

Comfy beds, great shower, good kitchen equipment. Lovely to have some tasteful Christmas decorations. Proximity to and view of the sea/Tay was lovely.

Exceptionally poor WiFi which was an issue as our teenage daughter couldn’t use her new phone that she received for Christmas - phone signal poor too so I think in this day and age better WiFi would have been more appropriate! Also negotiating the drive was very tricky.

Clean but not spotless mattress could do with turning or replacing

It was peaceful

Wonderful little home away from home! We stayed 10 days and loved it. Impeccably clean, well equipped, and furnished. Close to transport links and main roads and shops. All in all, we had a fabulous stay and will definitely stay again when in the area, thank you.

Only one small thing really, maybe you could invest in a larger kingsize bed, the bedroom is easily able to accommodate one, and its almost expected nowadays by travellers......that would make a great place 10 out of 10.

The location was very good

The entrance to the additional parking was very narrow. The hob controls were locked so we were unable to use this until the following day when my daughter unlocked such. On line instructions did not cover this. The access card had been popped out of the sky box. Again it took us a day to resolve this. We’re these items a trick from previous guests?

Effortlessly stylish and elegant, super clean and very well managed, staff friendly and helpful. Location perfect for us. Can not recommend more ! We will be back x
