It was a shared apartment which was completely unclear until I entered the place. Found myself sharing the apartment with a group of other people which is completely unacceptable without any hint or information before. I left after one night although I actually booked six nights and nobody at the reception even cared.

The staff are excellent. Very friendly, even offered to clean our clothes. The beautiful beach view 👌♥️

The cleanliness was wanting. Witnessed the same rug washing the floor, being used to wipe cooking area, sink and walls. Water from washing machine draining water into the same sink with utensils.

The experience was superb, the breakfast was good

Safe, comfortable, the maids are helpful and available. Good service.

I don’t like that the Supervisors is like they don’t know well enough about Guests booking online (Booking.com). They’ll tell you that you have paid less so they try to give you a single room in meanwhile you have booked for double room. They convince you to extend your accommodation at the desk where you will have to pay more. I don’t like arguing too much. I booked for seven days, later was edited to 1 day.🙇🏽

It makes you feel like home, very safely home, staff is there to help, delicious breakfast, responsive manager.

The receptionists queens may make you panic somehow.

There are many bad reviews on google map and other applications except booking.com reviews. Why? Room was different then which shown on booking.com... Matras picked from trash or wasted stuff warehouse. Cockroaches were everywhere even on the bed. Room was painted many years ago and very dirty. Whole the room dirty includecurtains. Owner was rude after l complain due to disturbing 6 am by knocking my accommodating room. Awful place.

On the positive side, the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast offered was quite enjoyable. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant.

I was disappointed with a couple of issues. First, I had specifically booked a room with a sea view but was given a room without one. This was one of the main reasons I chose this location, so it was a letdown. Additionally, the bathroom was not as clean as expected. It was clear that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time, which detracted from the overall experience.
