They say breakfast is provided but you have to buy your milk if you want African tea....and they don't know how to make the tea

1. Staff - Maria was exceptional. Other staff were also cautious and professional except one (refer to what I didn't like). 2. The ocean view and the sun set were to die for. 3. Availability of a clean swimming pool til late was appreciated.

1. Cockroach infestation was a very low key. The first 2 days we had to spray them throughout, partly at our own cost. Fumigation after every client would really help. 2. Missing duvet in the 4th room which we were told is policy - when booking it was not declared that only 3 rooms get duvets. 3. Towels - we booked for 5 guests yet only 2 towels were availed. 4. Dense mattresses on 2 beds - not a big issue but would have preferred medium dense ones. 5. Mosquito / bugs repellant was only availed for the master bedroom. Again we were told this is policy yet it was not disclosed during booking. 6. On Monday 16th dec, a male staff took us on a ride by offering to have lunch made inhse. He took our orders then disappeared not even making an apology when he was unable to deliver.

The Appartment was dirty, no towels and the ones which were there were dirty.

Very welcoming receptionist Layla and Latifah, they are always there to help. The maids Sheila and Bharkit I think that's her name, always keeping the apartment clean and serves your breakfast. The Staff are quite knowledgeable and effective in their duties.

Nothing to complain really. Ended up extending my stay because it was a nice and pleasant place.
