I didn't like anything, just a terrible place and bad service.

I travel a lot for my job and often hotel bookings go really well. This time the experience was worse than ever. When I arrived at the hotel, the reception was already very dirty, as well as the lifts. I got the wrong room, without the balcony I had booked. The right room was promised to be changed the next day. The room itself was in a bad condition and also dirty, and did not meet at all the expectations that had been implied when I booked it. The breakfast agreed for the morning was not brought. I had made a reservation for several weeks, but I couldnt stay in a place like this and booked another hotel. The manager refused to refund any of the booking money.

The room is spacious with beautiful sea views 😍 The WiFi was super good and the staff too.Naima was very nice to us and another short dark lady.She made sure we got a nice room.They both made our stay worth it.We are staying here next time we are in Dar.

They were few small cockroaches.Maybe fumigation would help because they always hide in tiny spaces.

Very bad service. They don't clean daily. They don't provide water every day.
