Seminyak vila 4 Bedroom with private pool near Beach Lafavela

The value for money, staff and location were all 10/10. Kedek and her team were AMAZING 10/10. They prepared our complimentary breakfast, did the daily house keeping . Assisted us in organising in room massage and did our grocery shopping so we had soda water beer and soft drinks in our fridge for 11pm late arrival.

Some construction noise next door - didn’t bother us because we were out exploring all day. By the time we return to our villa 5pm the noise was gone.

The staff were very friendly and polite! The rooms were big and comfortable. Location was good too but tiny bit of a walk across bigger roads to get to main areas. Comfortable rooms and beds, property was also clean

Only issue I had was the aircon leaking quite a lot on my stay, but the staff fixed it straight away !

Everything. Brand new, great breakfast, cooked in the villa kitchen. Spacious rooms. Excellent pool. Highly recommended.

Construction happing next door.all day and the workers live there and can see into the pool The 2nd bedroom smells so bad from the sewerage pipes that when you put on the air-conditioning you are overwhelmed by the most foul oder The screen door to the main part keeps sticking and is so annoying who ever owns this villa get the screen door fixed The staff are so lovely but that breakfast is awful The location is no.where near la favela, which is so far from Walking Street The villa is starting to show its age

Spacious and modern rooms. Friendly staff. Easy communication on WhatsApp. You can get basic breakfast (egg/nasi goreng). Centrally located. Good TV and music system.

Building next door is under construction(see pic) . To noisy from 8am onwards. Do not stay here if you plan to wake up late. We could onky sleep 4hrs both nights. Rooms getting water from the rain (pics attached)

Large spaces throughout, clean home, staff great and provided a lovely and delicious breakfast daily. Great pool.

Mattress’ very hard throughout the villa. Construction of the neighbouring villa for the whole time we were there. Tiled floors very slippery even when dry.

Just the staff which was trying to help us around.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money! We had high hopes for this villa, but unfortunately, our stay was far from enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were greeted depleted property, with stains & water in the walls. The photos online are clearly outdated as the villa looks much older and worn down in person.The air conditioning in the master bedrooms were leaking water leaving us uncomfortable, despite multiple requests to have it fixed it didnt work. Additionally, the pool was not properly maintained it overflowed to the near by sitting area – the water was murky and there was debris/Mosquito floating around. For the price we paid, this stay was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this villa to anyone, and we definitely won’t be returning.
