Hall had airconditiining. Staff were attentive and pleasent. Kadek was wonderful!. Rooms were nicely appointed. Location was secluded yet close to amenities and the restaurants. Had a wonderful time!

Renovation going on right beside the villa .otherwise everthing else was great.

Kadek was amazing to deal with, cooked breakfast and served, and cleaned up after us. Our first time to Bali wasn't expecting to have someone available to assist with everything . Contactable via WhatsApp, very responsive. She even assisted us with booking transportation! Villa was new and clean and very presentable. The kids loved the pool. The lounge and tv area was big enough for a family of 5 to lie around comfortably. We arrived late at night and staff sent a video for us to show where the villa was and the key lock pad. Which was helpful

The sliding door to the lounge is heavy and hard to open and close even for adults. I think it is either the ball bearing needs replacing or it's come off the rails. But that didn't take away from this great stay.

The villa is perfect for our group of 8. The property is very clean and the staff are very attentive. Kids loved the pool so much. Our 4 nights there are definitely going to be remembered for many years to come.

The floor in the living room is a bit slippery and the sliding door is quite heavy.

I loved everything about this Villa, very clean, the staff were amazing, breakfast everyday was delicious and rooms are cleaned daily. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Villa as a whole was amazing for our group of 7. Rooms were huge and beds were super kings and very comfortable. I'm currently 7 and a half months pregnant and had the best sleep on the beds. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Location was great in Seminyak and easy for Gojek and Grab to find. Having breakfast cooked daily was a added bonus and being near shops. Thank you Arie, Kadek and team for the wonderful stay.

My only problem was the tracks of the doors, were flimsy so it would sometimes make it hard to open and close the sliding doors. Very minor and an easy fix.
