Fan on constant in bathroom (room 12) - moved to a better room (room 9)

The staff and location

June 4th The bedroom was dated but ok however the room was absolutely freezing, I said the following morning. I was there for 3 nights for a funeral and couldn’t sleep due to the cold even using 2 duvets, hot water bottle. When I mentioned the following I was told the heating would be on. No heating and on return to my room on the 3rd night my window was wide open anybody could have got in. I asked for someone to come close the window a young girl came and she managed to closed it as much as she could. Her and I discovered there was no latch on the window what so ever. Breakfast was included but I didn’t state it was only a continental.

Convenient for Chester. Good value dinners.

The breakfasts were complicated as far as choices and prices. There was minimum choice for breakfast and had to ask for hot coffee and hot water! Also the bedroom was very cold and my request for heating to be turned on was not fulfilled.

Loved the layout of the family room, kept everyone together but with own space as well. Location perfect for an easy walk into town.

There was no extractor fan in the bathroom which did make the bathroom very hot and worried that it would set the fire alarm off. Also the Television in the twin room didnt work, couldn't get any channels or connect to it in any way.
