Shower over bathtub. Room a little bit worn but still clean.

The provided English breakfast was very enjoyable. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the local shops and railway station.

I cannot think of anything. I didn't want to leave after 3 nights.

The best part of my stay was the double bed.

The customer service was okay at best, the food was mediocre at best and the water pressure was a joke. Not happy at all.

Une chambre assez petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Un lit bébé a été mis à notre disposition.

Dans le restaurant : nous pensions que le serveur allait prendre notre commande et nous avons attendu un long moment qu'il vienne avant de réaliser qu'il fallait utiliser le QRCode sur la table (qui ne fonctionnait pas), donc il fallait finalement aller au comptoir (où l'on a découvert que certains plats comme fish n chips n'étaient pas disponibles). La nourriture était bonne cela dit, et le personnel agréable.

The location, on a bus route, convenient for the rail station & the town centre. Plenty of parking. Quiet at night.

Our room was too small for a 5 day stay. The bed was massive leaving very little room around it. The mattress was too hard. There was nowhere to put our clothes apart from a few hangers. There was no hot water in the sink unless we ran the shower first (found out accidentally). We reported this to staff several times but it was not sorted out. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a selection of options. All in all I would recommend this hotel for weekend breaks not longer stays.

The room was good, the shower pressure in the bathroom was poor and it took awhile for hot water to come through the taps. There was free parking at the hotel and we were able to purchase meals from the Hungry Horse Restaurant below (Green King chain). The drink prices at the bar were reasonable. It is a short taxi ride to Chester centre.

Shower not very powerful and low water pressure (room 11).

Beautiful facilities and within walking distance of the city centre
