Coco Village Homestay Hoi An

Super nice owner, big new rooms with good aircon, comfortable beds. Breakfast is amazing value for money, including 1 drink, 1 dish and banana pancakes, I really recommend it. She helped booking tickets for Dalat and kept some of our things (for free) while we visited Cham Islands. It is a little outside of town but the free bikes make it a perfect location for exploring both the beach and Hoi An.

Clean, big room. A/C worked well. Free bicycle hire and scooters optional too but we didn't ask about them. Hosts were very nice and let us check in early for 50k extra.

Mattress was rock solid but that's normal in southeast asia generally. A bit far from the centre but only a 15 minute bike ride to get there.

Comfortable stay with an awesome host. The room I stayed in was very big with 2 double beds (meant for sharing, but we got it all for us). The host provided us with all the meals which were tasty and plenty at very good rate. We could get bike on rent from the homestay itself. The location is very close to the tourist spots in the city (within 5km). The host took late checkout too for the day we left with very minimal charge.

I didn't find any shop nearby.

The lady was very helpful and friendly. Laundry service was great

Rooms need the walls wiped down. I had 2 different rooms (someone decided to stay an extra night, so I got a different room for my first night) and both rooms had mould and dead bugs on the walls

Host spoke very good English, great to communicate to be able to get picked up from Da Nang airport and taken back to Hoi An. Could use her bikes to ride around on - which was an awesome way to get to old town and see different parts of town. Motorbike for hire too.

The beds were very hard, they weren't like beds that we have in New Zealand.

Lovely staff, very hospitable and friendly. Big room with a big bathroom, very clean and had water waiting for me when i arrived. Free use of bicycles which I used before checking out, check out time was midday so gave me plenty of time. Also enjoyed breakfast in the morning, eggs, pancakes, fruit and coffee for only 50k

Room wasn't soundproof and I could hear a baby crying for a lot of the night which echoed through the whole place. Also no blinds/curtains so the light from downstairs was quite bright all night

The location is beautiful, but it's just far enough from the city center that Grab bike doesn't come there
