Coco Village Homestay Hoi An

Room was clean and spacious! Wifi worked great! Owners were nice. A/C worked very well. Hot hot water. Free bikes to use which was excellent! Great to bike around the rice fields. Great restaurant near by - Hoang Alan with great food and prices. Mini mart close by. I would recommend.

Great value for a room with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Also they have a few bikes, they let me take one for free, which was great.

The staff were amazing - helped us book hai van pass (incredible), organised airport transfer, and gave us great suggestions in and around Hoi An. Very accommodating. Room was really spacious and big bathroom. Free bicycles

Location was really quaint but a little outside town - but easy cycle Mattress was a little hard

Breakfast was excellent. The people owning the house were so nice and helped us to go to the coconut village. Free bikes. Our room was spacious and clean, nice warm shower. Nice area, quite far from the centre but very close to the beach.

The owner didn’t speak English very well and he told us the wrong price for renting the scooter, we had to buy more when we gave it back, but wasn’t our fault. Just make sure to understand the price correctly:)

Me and my partner spent three nights at this homestay. The room was fairly sized, with a big wardrobe. The bathroom was a good size as well. The location was a good balance between the calm of the outskirts of Hoi An and the beach, infact we biked everyday to the city center (about 20ish minutes) and the beach (about 15 minutes by bike). The hosts didn't speak much English, but communication was good. They let us leave the bags at the homestay for some hours after our check-out. A bonus point to this place is that they let you use their bikes for free, so it's really nice to bike around since it's pretty flat. WiFi and AC work well.

I was expecting the room to be like the pictures, instead it is clear that they were taken some years ago. The walls have stains, there was a lot of dust on top of the wardrobe and some cobwebs around the room and on the door of the bathroom :( We also found a lot of trash (probably of the previous guests) in the bedside table's drawer, which makes me believe they superficially clean rooms between guests. There is a TV but we were not able to find the remote, so I can't tell if it is actually working. The booking.com listing said that "there is a kitchen available for cooking and storing food", but we were not able to use the kitchen because we found it very dirty, with random things laying around, the sink being often full and with the fridge filled to its most capacity and smelling like rotten fish/dried shrimp.
