For bookings of 3 or more rooms, we ask a 50% non refundable deposit. If cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival no further charges will be made. For individual bookings of three or more nights a 50% non refundable deposit will be taken on booking. If cancelled 7 or more days before arrival no further charges apply. The guesthouse is closed between 10.30hrs and 16.00hrs when check in opens. Check in is open until 21.00hrs. If you require a later check in please contact us no earlier than 3 days before arrival. All rooms are non smoking. If guests arrive with a higher number of people that the booked facility can accommodate, the Manor reserves the right to refuse to accommodate the extra people or the whole party. Please note that all bookings that are due to stay on and between the 24th and 26th of December and the 31st of December to the 2nd of January will be room only. There will be limited staff to allow our staff to enjoy time with their families over the festive period. There will be no breakfast provision available.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
