For bookings of 3 or more rooms, we ask a 50% non refundable deposit. If cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival no further charges will be made. For individual bookings of three or more nights a 50% non refundable deposit will be taken on booking. If cancelled 7 or more days before arrival no further charges apply. The guesthouse is closed between 10.30hrs and 16.00hrs when check in opens. Check in is open until 21.00hrs. If you require a later check in please contact us no earlier than 3 days before arrival. All rooms are non smoking. If guests arrive with a higher number of people that the booked facility can accommodate, the Manor reserves the right to refuse to accommodate the extra people or the whole party. Please note that all bookings that are due to stay on and between the 24th and 26th of December and the 31st of December to the 2nd of January will be room only. There will be limited staff to allow our staff to enjoy time with their families over the festive period. There will be no breakfast provision available.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Good location

Breakfast was abit poor Bacon so hard you couldn't eat it They did upgrade our room for free as it was booked for a birthday. Rooms dated and exterior weather worn Pictures are abit dated

"Lovely night Away. Staff couldn’t do an enough for us."

Location suited us as it was close to what we wanted to go and do we went to Cadburys world and we went to Waterworld. The staff were very accommodating and changed our rooms to a ground floor two bedrooms next door to each other with a joining door which was ideal for our little family and with it being on ground floor safer for my autistic son. Staff very friendly and let the children feed the Koi carp which was lovely. breakfast was delicious they made sure we were well looked after. Will definitely return.

Very warm welcome from Steve, breakfast was very nice, quite a good variety on offer. Free parking.

As it was a weekend, wasn't keen on the 8 till 9am breakfast, thought they could extend to 10am. Bed was quite hard, room 8 was a little small, bathroom only big enough for 1 person to use at a time.

Great stay for our Alton Towers break. Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Could do with a plug socket or two near the bed for charging phones

"From the pictures online to what we had it wasn’t what we expected"

We met 2 members of staff an older man and a lady who were both really nice talkative and made u feel welcome

We arrived and lady took us up to the room to be told there was no heating as there was a problem with the boiler but provided us with a heater that didn’t heat the room much. Beds had rubbish and toys under the beds all 3 beds there was spider webs on the ceiling above the bed and same on the light we were both bitten by something we suspect was bed bugs. Also when we first arrived there we were double booked but the nice lady sorted that. Room wasn’t tidied or serviced the 2 nights we were there which was 2 week nights. Breakfast was good plenty of options. Paying £200 for 2 nights I find that for the way the rooms were that was a little expensive but it was a last minute decision break away
