Julian House of Games

Amazing place with good amenities and comfortable space. The house is very close to downtown Julian (2-3 miles apart) and it is very easy to commute to other spots such as Lake Cuyamaca. We will certainly come back.

The location was close to town in Julian.

It was cold, the pool table difficult to use due to location, bottom bedroom was freezing, their was tricks on how to use the showers, bedding was old, old bathroom bar soaps were set out, expired teas were left out and one reading room smelled. The bricks leading to front door is potential liability.

Very good amount of space for a good sized party as well as close to a little town and lake cuymaca which helps percent you entertained

Loved how peaceful it was and that there were many activities to keep one busy in the house and in the area

The kitchen wasn’t well stocked and some of the games didn’t work like the fusball table

Location is convenient to Julian

It smelled like smoke, super super dusty and dirty. Rotten cracked eggs in the fridge. Live wires next to light switches. Place was honestly filthy. We ended up cutting our trip short by a day to just go home it was that bad.

loved the porch and backyard for my dog. couch and bed were very comfortable. wasn’t worried about my dog messing anything up. I am a casual person too!

just a little concerned abou that one area in the right corner where my dog could have figured out how to get out!!
