Sadly I would have to rate the experience with the hotel a 0/10. When we arrived it was very confusing and difficult to find the room, the room has bad light and it is almost impossible to see clearly anything, my partner went to the restroom and when he opened the toilet he saw blood around the seat, after that they offered us the suite next door and that room was not clean and not ready at all. The curtains were also stained, we found bugs and they had no toilet paper. We kindly asked to speak to someone and no one showed up except a security that was around the area. We were not feeling confortable and decided to leave. We explained the situation to the hotel manager through text message and they never responded back.
