Un par de perros gran Danés se comieron 1/2kg de carne que llevaba para cenar, no los vi pues son negros y sigilosos. Me Dio mucho coraje. Otro punto que cambiaría es que el tiempo de check in y check out no permite disfrutar de la alberca al máximo

It’s clean, and the rooms are spacious

So many problems. Beginning with the people that watch the property, they’re very rude, the girl especially. One of the rooms had no AC and I paid EXTRA for a room with a jacuzzi for the kids! And the water was so dirty it gave me daughter a rash! I turned on the water trying to see if it would clean itself but some of the water spilled and they were trying to charge me for that too. I will include pictures! And when I asked for a refund on the difference she completely ignored me. I’m not an expert in jacuzzis and there was no instructions! So we headed to the pool where we enjoyed most of our night! Until the next morning during check out , the girl that watches the property literally came to my car window, demanding to pay a deposit of 1,000 pesos. I didn’t have the cash to I asked her to charge my card to avoid more problems. And she said she couldn’t and I had to pay her cash. We normally stay at casa de frida, but we gave this place a try, especially because of the pool for the kids. I wasn’t even going to complain about anything that we encountered! I was going to let it go but they started to harass me, I had to block them from WhatsApp! I also sent her pictures of my daughters rashes from the water and she completely ignored me. WORST STAY!!!!!
