The White Hart Eynsham

Location was great, 5min drive from my place of work

we were accommodated in a small outbuilding consisting of 3 separate rooms, ours was one of those, the door opens directly onto the walkway to the beer garden, as do the windows, Behind us was a fantastic beer garden, but as it was quiet we weren't disturbed by any activities in the area. there is a nice cafe locally the Cherry Tree, we recommend that.

The bed frames are metal so expect every move to be heard. there is a sister pub, The Red Lion, but be aware they add on a surcharge / tip so the price on the menu is not the price you will be charged.

The room was clean, the bathroom and facilities were good.

The noise, we went on 19th and 20th June really hot days, the first night was so noisey, when people left the garden to get drinks or go home they were really noisy, when the pub shut there was still a lot of activity and people having conversations with staff outside our window as the door to the room is off the courtyard. The loud fan didn't go off until 11.30 and people still around at 12.00. We then had some happy residents come back and that continued the noise as we could hear them laughing in the next room. We realise that people need to have a good time but there are no signs to say be considerate. The next night was completely the opposite, the fan went off earlier and it was a lot quieter so maybe we just had an unfortunate 1st night, but sadly won't stay again because of that. We used it as a base to visit Blenhiem and the Nocturne concert.

Good location for working in Oxfordshire. Really friendly staff and a proper locals pub

It only serves food on certain days but there alternatives within walking distance.

We only stayed for one night, but everyone at the White Hart was very friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable, very clean, and I would say looked better in person than on the pictures. The mattress especially was very good. They also had no problem with us bringing our dog and letting her stay in the room with us, which was very helpful. As a bonus, the pub was doing their first ever pizza evening so we didn't have to go somewhere else for food, and the pizza was good!
