Great variety and good quality

Mattress was hard and sheet was too small to stay on bed. Children’s swim should be extended outside breakfast time.

Everything was emaculate. We loved every second there.

We spent 3 days there and there didn't get a booking for a treatment. Each guest must have an opportunity to book at least one treatment during their stay.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was very nice. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The best thing was there were Peacocks and the kids loved watching them.

The area was nice 👌 staff were friendly.

No A/C in the bedroom.

The Location was lovely, all the staff were friendly and extreemly polite staff, (a little too much at times from the younger ones, like it was robotic) lovely food, portion sizes and quality.

Unfortunately the first Chalet was clean but had not been hoovered and it stank, but the reception team kindly moved us and were so lovely about it. And the 2nd chalet was fine. The cleaning products they use do not leave a nice smell so I would suggest changing them or providing an air freshener. No teatowels for kitchen. The bathroom extractor fan did not work and the radiator was on full blast and couldnt be turned down. So with no window that was not great, but we coped. There was an iron and ironing board amd hairdryer which is great but could have done with this being advertised in the amenities as it was not listed and meant I could have saved ironing a couple of items till I got here. The food was really lovely. Not much choice for kids, we didnt realise that as our 14 year old lad was classed as a child he would be stuck with the kids Limited menu and tiny portions. 14 and growing he eats more than I do, so this could have been made clearer on booking. Maybe have young kids and teen menus separately. So that teens have more variety and bigger portions. The wait times for service was shocking. I had to remind the staff we had been waiting 20 mins before being offered drinks. Then it took 20 mins for mains to come out, and another 30 mins for deserts. The staff were apologetic when we informed them, but it felt forced and rehearsed. One server went to get us a water and then walked off and served other people who came in after us, we waited 10 mins for a jug of water. If there were only 2 or 3 staff on then ide understand but there were a lot of service staff waiting both nights but they just were not on the ball and kept chatting with the head waiter to get next instruction but didnt scan the restaurant to keep checking on the customers. Very strange behaviour.
