GBLovely clean and comfortable . The facilities are excellent fantastic swimming pool sauna and steam room staff are welcoming , professional and very friendly. Great sports bar and cocktail bar. Very impressed Exceptional breakfast would definitely recommend we will be staying here again.
There was one thing that annoyed me but is only small and didn't really spoil my stay. We booked for 2 there was only 1 dinner plate in the apartment. And 2 small plates. Because of this i had to eat my dinner off 2 plates. Same plates at the breakfast even though the breakfast is huge the plates are small !! Very annoying.

GBComfy bed , friendly staff and a calm feel . Victoria, at reception helpful and always with a lovely smile and a chat ! Nice clean lounge to relax with a drink and look out at the large window ! Nice walks near by. Loved seeing the 2 peacocks each day .
Hotel rooms have no AC . We arrived when it had been hot . Was told fans are on order and very promptly the next day they arrived and put in place in our hotel room !

I stayed 3 nights with my partner and our hotel room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay. The first night we arrived there was a stain on the bedsheet and no towels. When we went to get a towel from the reception, there was no apology from the blonde young lady at the desk. She simply replied ‘Ok’ and didn’t seem bothered and was on her phone whilst talking to her. We had to constantly go to the reception to request new towels & shower gel each day during our stay and we were told on the day before we checked out that we would be able to get our room cleaned but of course that didn’t happen. We saw cleaning ladies come into the hotel each day throughout the stay but specifically didn’t come to our room at all. Overall, we were very unimpressed and couldn’t wait to leave. The TV Wifi kept disconnecting every 30 minutes which we were also very unimpressed with.
