GBGBThe staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. The room was beautiful, nice and clean , bed & pillows lovely and comfortable, the en-suite was a decent size. The breakfast selection was good and the hot cooked breakfast was really nice. Loved being able to use pool, sauna, steam room. The bar staff make amazing cocktails !
The teacups in the room were like espresso cups, could do with mugs. Complimentary tea tray could have done with a bit more, especially milk. Shower cubicle could do with a shelf/basket to put toiletries in while showering. Sad we didn’t get to see the Peacocks

Not a baby friendly pool. Baby times is absolutely mad. Not worse to go as a family because you can’t enjoy the pool with your baby if there are out of the 2 hours that they only give you.

Room had not been hoovered well prior to our arrival (if at all) we found clothes tags and a coin on the floor. We were in the hotel on the ground floor and the windows could not be fixed open on a catch so not great for security when we wanted to leave them partly open. Background music (singer) was too loud in the restaurant.

GBGBSpa & pool were really nice, location is also good and quiet! Breakfast included with our stay was also good. Peacock on site was a bit of a suprise!
1 bed Chalet could do with some maintenance/tidying up. Bathroom extractor fan didn't work, paint in the rooms quite tatty, sockets on the wall behind the kitchen counter are fitted to close the backboard which means they don't plug all the way in. Cobwebs In the bathroom.
