the carpets in the room did not look very clean. the windows (outside) were not clean. other customers were checked into our room, they were about to unlock the door when I went out to them to let them know that chalet had been taken. why did booking.com charge me extra money for the booking. when I reserved the room it was £160 per night, we were then charges £358 plus VAT to a total of £429 I believe I should have only been charged £320

The only gripe was the heating was on in our room which was unbearable when we walked in, in the winter thats fine but middle of June on a warm day it wasn't pleasant

PTLocation was great, Food excellent in the restaurant.The staff in the restaurant were good. Special thanks to Linda the restaurant supervisor who managed the very busy breakfast times with smiling efficiency. Thanks also to our server Patricia who supplied us with the essential breakfast coffee. Breakfast food choices were extensive. The pool and spar area were clean and appeared well maintained. It was very busy over the weekend. The bar area was very comfortable and overlooked the indoor pool. Security was good to the hotel rooms. The bed was very comfortable.
The room accommodation was in parts disappointing. It did not have a safe, air conditioning or even a fan in the room which became hot and stuffy. There was also no housekeeping service during our 2 night stay.
GBGBFacilities such as pool, sauna and steam room were great. Lovely views from restaurant and pool. Food, especially evening meals, delicious. Super friendly staff, always ready with a smile and to help guests with their needs. Only discovered the location of the spa on the last day as entrance is through the lounge bar.
Bathroom didn't seem like it had been cleaned and another small issue, which was quickly dealt with . THank you Marian resort.
