It’s clean. Toilet is clean - no water stain, the toiletries dispenser are relatively clean. Slight discoloration on the dispenser pumps, but otherwise ok. Bathtub is clean as well.

It’s abit far out from Ubud center. But otherwise it is ok.

Kinda far from the downtown proper but the location was really quiet and peaceful.

I can’t recommend Ambengan Villas highly enough! The Staff are PHENOMENAL! Welcoming, attentive and I experienced nothing but excellent customer service.My Villa was beautiful! Self contained and it offered me space. A private pool which I thoroughly enjoyed. A very comfortable room, lovely bathroom and furnished to a high standard. I miss my comfy bath robe and slippers VERY much. My room was cleaned everyday and staff contacted me via what’s app to confirm when I wanted my room to be cleaned. I really appreciated it! The communication via what’s app was helpful, the responses were fast and meant I didn’t have to rely on the Villa Phone. As a female solo traveller it was the perfect accommodation for me, quiet, but also convenient. I was in Ubud for my Friend’s Wedding. I was concerned about being away from the Bridal party but Ambengan Villas turned out to be better for me. Good location and it didn’t take very long to get centre of Ubud. The Lovely members of staff helped me to navigate going to different locations. They were also life savers when I needed help to communicate with the Grab Drivers! You can have breakfast and they have a bar. I had room service a few times which meant I didn’t have to worry about sourcing dinner or that I didn’t have kitchen facilities. It was a welcomed break from cooking and most importantly tasty! On my last day I had a full body massage and facial. It was AMAZING. The Massage Therapist came to my Villa, she was really professional, created a calming environment and I really enjoyed my treatment. The communal grounds are lovely if you want to stroll around and the lovely fish tank near reception was enchanting (when I had a moment to enjoy it). I had a brilliant time in Ubud and a huge part of that was staying at Ambengan Villas by Pramana Villas. It was everything I needed and I was honestly sad when stay came to an end. Would I stay at the Villa again? Yes, I would! Should you? Yes, you should! Thanks again!
