Great property in a perfect location for exploring Pompeii and the area with easy access to the train station

Very smooth check-in, amazing place (very close to all the sights in Pompei), very clean and has all the necessary for your stay - overall amazing experience!

Host was great. He responded every message we sent almost immediately. He even gave us excellent advices what to do around and what beachies to visit. All the kudos on that! Location is great. Close to Pompeii city center and all the major attractions and are with restaurants. Shopping mall with nice supermarket is also quite close (7 min drive) We liked the room it self. It has modern look and feel. Our kids mostly liked the stairs. Kitchen is well equipped (with the lack of toaster). Bathroom is spacious enough with great rain shower. Bead room is really nice and bed is comfortable. Air-condition was perfect. We didn't have any problems with WiFi. It was working very well all the time (unlike mobile network, but there isn't much this host can do about it ;) ). Parking was easy which is really beneficial in this area.

One small thing that would be very beneficial would be availability of balcony or terrace (there are no windows btw). Also, local traffic makes quite the noise in the night

A little challenging to find. Typical narrow Roman streets I guess. Takes getting used to them to navigate with ease.

Everything was perfect!

The location is pretty good, fairly central and close to shops, restaurants and train stations. We didn't check in until the evening and the host sent me lots of information via whatsapp so finding the apartment and getting inside was easy. The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. A good sized toilet/shower room with an excellent shower. The kitchen/dining area is nice and easy to use, although I didn't bother trying to operate the microwave/grill oven because it looked a bit complicated. Overall the apartment is spacious and airy, but there wasn't much natural light. There are two fully glazed doors, one to the terrace by the entrance and one that opened into the alleyway at the side. We kept the curtains closed, however, as there wasn't much privacy with them open. I suppose this is to be expected on a ground floor apartment. The sleeping area is upstairs on a mezzanine level with a large, comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for clothes and floor space for cases. The apartment has air conditioning which was easy to adjust using the remote control, very handy after being out all day in very warm sunshine. Be aware that the apartment is close to a main road into Pompei and the commuter traffic noise starts fairly early, around 6.30am. However it's far enough away from the main town centre that there's very little noise in the evening or later at night. This wasn't a problem for us as we like to be up and out early and prefer to get a decent night's sleep.

No kettle or toaster, but there was a mokka pot so I could at least make caffe americano with some hot water boiled in a small pot. We did miss the toaster though. The ceiling on the mezzanine level was very low. I'm only around 5 feet 10 inches (177cm) and the ceiling was only 3 or 4 inches above my head, I'd estimate less that 190cm. I regularly banged my hands on the ceiling while getting dressed so tall people will definitely have a problem!
