The hosts were so friendly. Really made me feel like I was home. Got woken up both days by the scent of breakfast and it was delicious. The location was perfect and I loved the fact that the hosts gave advice on what to see in Snowdonia National Park. Definitely a very good stay and can’t wait to be back😊

"Relaxed location ideal for a short break away."

Location was central to other popular places to visit, making it a perfect base. Hostess was so friendly and felt I was supplied every thing required for a short break away.

"Wonderful host! Comfortable bed, slept better than at home! Delicious breakfast"

The property was perfect for our needs, the room was homely and included en suite shower and toilet, the owner Lillian could not have been more welcoming and helpful! Lillian granted our request to bring our two dogs with us and we were treated to a delicious full cooked breakfast each morning, along with a choice of cereal, yoghurt and fruit should we have wanted it, the dogs were also greeted in a positive manner and we were not made to feel as though they were an inconvenience

The sink was in the bedroom rather than the shower area, this was a minor inconvenience as it meant that you had to leave the shower room to wash your hands after using the bathroom

"Snowdon adventure 2024"

We were very well looked after by Lil. My son and I climbed Snowdon and the location was perfect, only 18 miles from the Park and Ride and 5 miles from Betws-y-coed. A very peaceful location and value for money. Would book again.

Local pub shuts Monday to Wednesday but the Fairy Falls pub opposite the Band B does a nice Gurkha curry.

My stay was a bit like staying with family, and I very appreciated the hospitality and the down-to-earthness of Lil and the village of Trifnew. Highly recommended, and I am definitely planning to come back again.
