The Reserve on Church

The room was clean and very cute. Everything was nice and looked new. Nice, quiet location.

My only "issue" is that the shower never got warm/hot. There was hot water in the sink, but the shower never got above luke warm. Not a major issue, though.

I liked the location, and the wifi worked.

There was mold growing all over the room, the smell of air freshener and mold was so thick I had to sleep with window open and still had to issues breathing, and woke each morning with a horrible migraine. the shower stall was so tiny it was hard to wash and rinse correctly. I was looking for a email address to send email to the owner. Someone is going to get very sick in there

The room was large and easy to come and go We were attending a dog show in Ballston Spa. It was conveniently located near the fairgrounds. The large grassy back area was perfect to run our dogs around after show hours.

The kitchnette is really small. We make our own meals when we travel and it was doable, but tricky. It is perfectly functional and perfect for people who just want to pop some popcorn or keep drinks in the fridge.

Very central to downtown and race track.

Location, being renovated, prompt response from management re:check-in, price, wonderful attempt to restore an older motel which was appreciated

Bed was a bit lower on one side, AC sounded like a Mack Truck, electric outlet looked “burned”, air freshener was too “aromatic “, light switch only worked next for the lamp next to the bed, huge hole in driveway filled with water after the rain, door left unlocked for arrival and key left for guest- this could lead to security concerns.

No breakfast was offered. This question doesn't apply.

More lighting outside and pave the lot with asphalt. The interior of my Cadillac was a muddy mess when we left. I didn't notice any surveillance cameras either, but I may be wrong.

Room was clean and attractively furnished, the bed comfortable, There was a restaurant across the street with very hearty breakfast options. $50 for breakfast for two people was a lot higher than we pay in our own tourist hometown but the food was good and abundant.

The room was a little small. It was nice to have the option to sit in the Adirondack chairs just outside the room,
