It was close to the concert venue we were going to. Host was nice and prompt with welcome and answering any questions.

The room did not smell so great. It reminded me of when I used to camp in an old camper as a kid and had the smell of the bathroom holding tank. The room was clean, but not very comfortable and difficult to use the older, small sink in the bathroom. I think based on pricing for the area, though, this was the lowest pricing and fits the level of what we paid.
