Tranquil Family Home in Green Point

Location was excellent we were close to everything and you could walk everywhere as well. The managing agents were very accessible as well if we needed anything they were very helpful.

We had issues with hot water and we were a small group so it could be a problem for a larger group.

Location was incredible, house is beautiful and well equipped - HOWEVER it was incredibly hot when we visited and there are no aircons in the house. There are standing fans but the bedrooms are all upstairs and they were very very hot.

The heat of the bedrooms due to no aircons in the property. A stunning home and property but the heat and lack of aircon affected our sleep. It was also a very hot time of year, with temps reaching 40 degrees.

The location

Our stay was miserable, the property is old, we had no hot water throughout the week. One toilet was broken, and the bathroom basin was blocked with dirt coming out of it. I reached out to multiple Soughted management team members who did nothing until the very last day when a plumber eventually arrived to fix the toilet and drain. Which was of no help to me as we checked out the ne,t morning. A complete waste of my money. R80K to be exact for a miserable week at this venue. Very disappointing to take people's hard earned money and give such poor service.

Located at the center of most tourists attractions. Transport easily accessible. Greenpoint Stadium morning view. Bedrooms are spacious and super clean

Gabbage bin which I found kept at the garage and was collected on a morning of departure. Loosen up door handle in the main bedroom which locked me inside until the morning.

Geweldige locatie alles dicht bij, fantastisch leuk en gezellig huis, letterlijk alles is aanwezig.

communicatie werd niet altijd gelezen, meerdere malen hetzelfde verzoek moeten doen. Maar uiteindelijk contact en naar tevredenheid beantwoord en opgelost.

Just the location

Was not clean, terrible smell in the garage, with the door that cant close completely. Also noticed 2 big rats running out of garage. Most door handles of the venue is loose, and not well maintained. Your cups and glasses is terrible. I don't think I will recommend this to anyone. We paid R22 000 for 3 nights, and I believe for that price, we could get so much better. It was just plain and simple terrible. The remote to the garage door didn't even work, and the hole garage door will fall on someone's car one day, that's how terrible it is. You guys must maintain your place properly for that amount charged.
