Although it was advertised as sleeps 6 with the sofabed, there was no bedding for the sofa bed - no duvet!! So we couldn’t use it and ended up with 2 people squashed in a single. Also the bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied and had sanitary waste left in it.

Open plan living space, the rooms were clean and tidy

Location to friends home was very good

The entrance was dirty with rubbish by stairs and pizza boxes stacked up outside in hallway. The apartment was dusty, splashed food behind bin and on wall. Draining board had old tea stains on it. Old dirty sponge left in sink. Bits of pipe on a shelf in hall. The blinds in all windows are falling apart and do not shut properly. The windows do not shut which let the road noise in.

The only good thing about the property is spacious apart from that every other thing zero!!!

I hate the fact that communication with the staff is bad, the place is dirty cobwebs everywhere, the toilet got stains, the WiFi didn’t work all through and while I complained when I got there at 6:30pm no one did anything about it and no more responded even after I called the emergency numbers no one did anything. This morning someone sent a message that “Hi Alaba, sorry about the internet trouble. I’ve flagged this as critical and our tech team is on it now.” And till I left nothing happened. Am I going to get a refund for your bad service?? 😡😡

Wifi was very poor . Poor double glazing Very noisy traffic . Maybe check your cleaners work
