House in Lisburn road

Location was decent and near bus links. Bed was perfectly fine, I had privacy with a locked room and tea, shared bathroom was available.

The room wasn’t cleaned when I checked in after 4pm despite the listing saying guests need to check out by 10am for cleaners to reset the property. The TV in my room didn’t seem to work. I found it very strange to not be allowed use of any other rooms, even though the bathroom was only accessible via the kitchen. Bathroom had mould on the ceiling and the shower tray was cracked right through the middle - you should seriously get this fixed to prevent water damage to the property. The cleaner seemed nice but the other guest staying on the same night was very weird.

Close to Queen's Quarter.

Carpet.

Carpet need changing. Tea and coffee needs replenishing daily. Electric wires in room is dangerous by the window.

- a simple clean room with a cozy bed, TV and a kettle - a good for one night stay - with a lot of family pictures downstairs, the house has a lovely atmosphere

- a room goof for one, but too little for two - bathroom downstairs - kitchen (also downstairs) not allowed to use - quite a shady area (i would not feel comfortable staying there alone)
