The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It has a spacious bedroom, fully fuctioning heating, a kitchen with and induction stove, and a great bathroom with a perfectly working hot water. There's also tv, wifi, Netflix if you Need It. I found the house very clean.  Andrew, the owner, was incredibly kind - he sent uS the Key code hours before to get in and even allowed us to drop off pur luggage earlier, wich made everything much easier. I'll definitely come back! 

The flat is super well located. Our host Andrew was really cool.

Lovely wee apartment in a quiet area but an easy 5 mins walk to Princes Street and a few mins more to Edinburgh Castle. Apartment was ideal for a short stay- clean, cosy, well appointed. Host Andrew was extremely helpful and has left loads of useful notes and information in the apartment. Attached garage available to rent was a bonus.

Property is in a fantastic location, is beautifully decorated and has plenty of equipment such as crockery, cutlery etc. Bed was really comfortable and the apartment was very quiet. Andrew was very accommodating considering I hadn't booked parking, he moved his car to make room for mine.

Nothing. Parking in garage is tight so you probably don't want to take a big car, but is very secure with electric garage door

Nothing it was perfect and good value for money, we were looking at hotels for Xmas market and they are ridiculously priced like £200+ whereas this was a whole apartment for £134? It’s a no brainer

Great apartment in Edinburgh. Located on a small side street so there's no traffic noise. Good walking distance to most tourist attractions and supermarkets. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, and the instructions for operating certain things were very detailed. Has a washing machine and clothes horse. The garage just fit our Qashqui but if you have a longer car you can leave the garage door open. Easy to communicate with the owner. Bit hard to open the front door on the first attempt, needs to be pulled when turning the key, but once you get the hang of it it's not an issue. Definitely recommend staying here.
