スタッフ〔仲居さん〕の対応。やさしくて素敵でした！施設・設備もぼくの好み、バブル期風で中池や、温泉３箇所あがってからの、飲み放題！　テレビの大きさ・質。　素晴らしかったです！　旅館側の、気苦労が伝わる名旅館でした～　宣伝面を、もっと頑張れば流行ること間違いなし。コース料理最高！

館、、すみずみに至る、補修が必要。見受けられる。全体的に、カビ臭い。ロマン旅館なのですが。　母など、ワイン・ジュースなど、頼んでからの到着が遅かった。　仲居兼厨房手伝いなどが、あるからコースの演出でもあるからしょうがない面もありますが。。。。

食事の内容　味

ホテルに到着して　ウェルカムドリンクを提供され一口お茶を飲むか飲まないかのタイミングで部屋を案内しますとスタッフさんに言われ不愉快な思いをした　　　　部屋の掃除　パウダリールームの美容機器周りに埃化粧品のボトルが　ベタベタだった冷蔵庫に　アイスではなく　ミネラルウオーターが欲しかった　今回　母の米寿を祝うのが目的できましたが　研修中のスタッフに気を遣っている母の様子を見てホテルの選択を誤ってしまったのではないかと思っています。
