駅から近い。

スタッフの人数が少ないのか呼んでもなかなか来ないしサービスが良くなかった。部屋に水のボトルが無いのてあれば事前に説明が必要だと思う。

"Okay, but likely better options around"

The location was good, and the garden was lovely. A really nice touch letting people feed the koi and providing small bags of food for the rooms. The rooms were also quite comfortable, which was good.

The service level was okay, but it felt like it was understaffed, and the place felt a bit old and slightly dusty. The onsen baths were okay but nothing special, especially considering the price.

"食事が豪華！"

スタッフの方が車にすぐにお出迎えしてくださって荷物を運んでくれました。写真もお願いすると快く対応してくれました。食事も豪華でボリュームもあり大満足です。お風呂のドライヤーがリファで嬉しかったです。

ロビーの女子トイレが和式2人でした。

初めて伺いましたがロシア人の素敵な仲居さんが丁寧で流暢な日本語で案内してくれました。また食事の時の従業員の方の対応も素晴らしかったです。

うち風呂のお湯が自然に抜けてしまっていた。 どこからか漏れているのかわかりませんが。

夕食が特に美味しかった。 運ぶタイミングが、ちょうどいい 朝もお米がおいしい。 夜は庭のライトアップがいい。 スタッフの対応が、いい。 部屋も広い

クーラーと清浄機がうるさくて寝れなかった。
