The hotel was lovely, quiet and welcoming

The private onsen booing can only be done after you check in which meant that us arriving at 5 o’clock were not able tot book one as all were already booked out

温泉のお湯が柔らかくて温度も低めでゆっくり入れてよかったです。お庭も綺麗で鯉の餌やりもとても楽しかった。

"残念なホテル"

部屋にサウナとプールとお風呂がついており、部屋だけは綺麗だった

・庭や露天風呂など共用部分の清掃・管理が行き届いておらず不衛生 ・景観や動線への配慮がなく、施設の魅力を活かせていない ・スタッフの接客レベルが低く、おもてなしの意識が感じられない ・子連れと大人のみの客の導線・席配置への配慮がない ・食事のクオリティや時間設定に特別感がない → 総じて、運営とスタッフ教育が不十分で 「設備の良さを完全に潰している状態（宝の持ち腐れ）」
