銘庭を眺めながらの夕食 朝食に癒されました　室内風呂が24時間かけ流しで贅沢なくらい　新緑の紅葉ロードや昇仙峡も素敵でしたが今度は混みあうかもしれませんが紅葉時に訪れたいと思います

贅沢でわがままな言い方ですが 二人ですと室内が広すぎて移動が大変なくらい　夜はライトアップされて庭の湯煙の演出は素敵でしたが 朝はせっかくの銘庭が見えなくなり必要ないと思いました

Schlechte oder gar keine Englishkenntnisse , tablet haben wir au English umgestellt trotzdem war es auf japanisch

落ち着いた雰囲気で和を感じた

施設に清潔感があり、スタッフの対応がとても親切だった。また、ロビーに入ったときの雰囲気がとても良かった。

This place washed away all our stress and tiredness from travelling for 10 days prior to our stay here. The booking system for the sauna & bath facilities works well and the staff was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable for the duration of the stay.

There is like no food on the property at your convenience at all. Breakfasts are overpriced and a fixed menu and they dont even ask if you're averse or allergic to certain foods. Dinner bookings fill out & there is no accomodation if you need dinner the day of your arrival. Indeed dissappointed that an otherwise pleasant hotel has poor food service.
