Manque de confort, le canapé lit est un délit, pas assez de vaisselle. Clim impossible à régler, les appartements auraient besoin d’un vrai rafraîchissement. Mieux que les photos qu’en vrai. La cour sert de vitrine. On paie clairement l’emplacement.

I have never written a negative review because I don’t like doing so, but this hotel was extremely unprofessional. First, we were given the access code to a room that was already occupied (room 216, code 8972). You can imagine the shock when we found another person inside, not to mention the serious safety issue of entering someone else’s room without authorization. We decided to let this incident go and spoke with Luiz about it(attaching photographs). However, the worst part happened at checkout, when we found three petrified pieces of feces from a small dog or cat under the bed. It was extremely unpleasant. We requested compensation, as we had spent 7 days exposed to potential bacteria. The manager’s response was even more disappointing. He claimed that because we had appeared happy during the rest of the stay, we were trying to scam him. For the record, I have been using Booking for over 15 years, I always leave 10/10 reviews, and I have also been a host myself, so I understand what good service means. This reflects very poor management, and at that point we decided not to pursue any refund. Booking’s response was also unsatisfactory, as they repeatedly excused themselves by saying they were only intermediaries. As a result, we filed a report with the Miami health authorities, as these are not sanitary conditions. This appears to be a failure of the cleaning service. Upon arrival, we had already noticed other hygiene issues (such as dental floss stuck to the wall near the sofa and red stains behind a door), although I regret not taking photos at the time. Personally, I will avoid using Booking whenever possible. The responses from both Booking and the property were very disappointing. Accusing a guest of inventing a situation in order to get money is unacceptable. I have already asked the health department to verify whether animals had previously stayed in room 306.

Emplacement exceptionnel dans South Beach. Proche de l'océan, des restaurants - mini market aux alentours. Bus .. Personnel très sympathique toujours disponible et prêt à vous rendre service (merci Luiz). A disposition des chaises de plage et d'un parasol.

The hotel is very centrally located in South Beach Miami. There are restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was very well maintained and clean. All the staff at the reception were very friendly, especially Luis, who went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay.

Excellent location. Really friendly staff. Great room. Value for money.

No gym/fitness room.

Staff were all incredible. We had a broken refrigerator and they replaced it within minutes. Luiz took great care of us. Location was perfect for my wife and I. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway near the best restaurants and best part of the beach, this place is perfect.

One recommendation is to get blackout curtains for the bedroom.

The property was amazing so so convenient to Walgreens, CVS, food restaurants which also down stairs from the hotel has an amazing beautiful coffee shop as well for a lounge that sells KAVA-KRATOM super chilled beautiful spot, the best part of it was it was away from the loudness and party crowds. For the beach: it was just a block away from the hotel 5 minutes away from the beach FRONT DESK: LUIZ and RICHARD are amazing people that were always there making sure we were taking care of, always greeting us, making sure we had soaps, shampoo, toilet paper etc. definitely great ppl. ROOM: room was cozy, has a small fridge to store your drinks, has a small pot stove to warm up soups all utensils were also there so that was nice. POOL: very quiet and relaxing with a jacuzzi the pool was just redone so it’s was beautiful to have a dip in the sun. PARKING: Parking is ok, your are still able to park alongside the street just keep in mind everything is metered

Quarto escolhido foi muito bom e atendeu as expectativas. O hotel em si não era do mesmo nível do quarto. A equipe era prestativa e sempre havia alguém na portaria para atender.

O hotel em si era um pouco velho.
