Prachtige locatie. Heerlijk, ruim en compleet appartement. Fijn zwembad/wirlpool. Je loopt zo naar het strand, super! Luiz ontving ons heel hartelijk. Hij maakte het wat ons betreft compleet, we voelden ons naar lange reis/vlucht bij Luiz direct thuis.

"Buena ubicación, incómodas instalaciones"

La ubicación es super buena. Al lado de Mamman, un café donde tomamos desayuno todos los días, maravilloso. El restaurante de comida judía que está al lado es maravilloso también. A 3 minutos de la playa, increíble y de la avenida donde están todos los restaurantes y bares.

No me gustó que la habitación sea antigua, la grifería está vieja y da aspecto de suciedad. el colchón de la cama es de espuma barata y es incómodo para dormir, me dolió la espalda todo el viaje y nunca descansé bien. La ducha no es gran cosa tampoco y los amenities de baño parecen productos de limpieza en lugar de de tocador.

"Quiet stay close to everything"

The location of the property is unbeatable. The owner was very responsive and wanted us to be comfortable. The suite had a kettle, pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, and glasses/mugs, etc. It was enough to cook in the suite and maybe go out for dinner once in a while. The room had beach chairs and an umbrella, ensuring a comfortable beach experience. The property is really close to Target, CVS, Walgreens, and other stores. It is on a quiet side of Miami Beach, so we had a good night's sleep. I highly advise checking out the Motek happy hour, which is next door to the property! That definitely made us happier haha

The suite would benefit from a few updates, such as new barstools and sofa covers. Additionally, it would be wonderful to have an extra kitchen towel and some basic essentials like oil and salt/pepper. This would help us avoid purchasing larger quantities for just a short stay.
