Bellio in Sobe

Tiene una buena localización, totalmente recién reformado, decoración y equipación muy cuidada. Luiz estuvo por nosotros en todo momento, trato muy agradable, nos dio recomendaciones para visitar.

El colchón del sofá cama no es muy cómodo para dos adolescentes, está más pensado para niños pequeños. No dispone de espacio para poder tender toallas de playa.

Là stanza non è assolutamente quello della foto, era tutto pieno di muffa, con un odore di umido terribile e si fa fatica a dormire lì.

Absolute great location for visiting the sights of South Beach. Everything is at walking distance including the beach. So no need to fuss with transportation. Ask for the parking option, because they do offer a very good and convenient solution nearby which allows taking the car for a drive without having to pay in and out charges the local parking lots charge. And for only $25 per day. A small but clean pool is also at the location. Ideal for dipping at the end of a hot day or after a visit to the beach. Walking distance to the free South Beach trolley line which goes all over South Beach.

The apartments need an upgrade so badly. In no way are they what they seem to be on the photos. The only real good thing was the water pressure and the large bed and shower. Other than that the sofa bed was too small and hard (basically two sofas slid together), the kitchen was not equipped enough for even some basic pancakes (old pans, unusable electric stove, no whisker, no good seating). The lock of the door to the hallway was barely catching. The safe did not work. The toilet kept running day and night (!). But if you can live with all these faults, it's good value for money considering the location just south of the tourist trap of Ocean Drive. There the Art Deco hotels are also by no means up modern standards. Just a nice facade ...

Det aller meste var veldig bra her!! Beliggenheten - nært den offentlige stranden på South Beach, og nært Ocean Drive - samtidig som vi ikke var plaget verken av trafikk- eller utelivsstøy. Veldig hyggelige ansatte, og det føltes trygt at det var døgnbemannet. Vi fikk også utsatt/sen utsjekk uten å måtte betale ekstra. Den gode beliggenheten gjorde også at vi ikke trengte å leie bil for å komme oss rundt på Miami Beach eller inn til Miami by. Gode og hyggelige spisesteder like i nærheten, som Maman, Nick's pizza og The Pink Café. Utrolige kule leiligheter, godt utrustet på kjøkkensiden slik at det var lett å lage mat inne de dagene vi ikke følte for å spise ute. Vi hadde to leiligheter, og fikk disse like i nærheten av hverandre slik at det var lett å gå imellom.

I liked the location and aesthetic

I didn’t like the pool hours. Also half the outlets didn’t not work so that was a bit inconvenient. As well as some check in trouble.
